I really enjoyed creating senior portrait artwork with Keaton. Often guys aren't necessarily thrilled about being photographed, but I love that the guys that I've had the privilege of working with are wiling to make mom happy and participate. I've found it really rewarding to work together with guys that start out reluctant to be a part of the process and create an artwork experience and images that they can also enjoy and be immensely proud of.

We did this session on the Wheaton College campus because they liked the architectural look and really wanted some images incorporating the limestone structures. The 1/2 length image of Keaton leaning against the limestone wall is one of my very favorite high school senior images that I've created and I was really proud to have established a good enough interaction with him to really capture his personality and natural smile in the image where he is wearing his hoodie.
